Busy week this week! Lot of stuff happening. About to list a one bedroom condo on the 19th floor at Avenue for only $219k, going to put a large custom condo on the market at 230 South Tryon for $899k, and about to put a 4000+ fq foot penthouse on the market. Just brought on a new top producing broker, Sandra Godley will be a great addition to out team! Met a Nascar driver to look at an Uptown Penthouse this week. Set up a meeting with an owner of a celebrity NYC nightclub to look at a Charlotte crash pad. About to launch a company Facebook page. Culture shock coming to Uptown!

The Bechtler Museum of Modern Art and the Knight Theater (pictured above) are scheduled for opening in Winter 2009. These are great looking buildings and a great cultural addition to our city. Novare Group's development block in Uptown

This picture was also taken from the City Club restaurant up on the 24th floor showing the city block the Novare Group (Atlanta based development firm) is developing. You will see in front is the Catalyst, a 27 story amenity packed residential highrise offering rental and for sale condos... Now moving residents in. The development offers a concierge, club room, fitness room, theatre room, grand lobby, the technology based HALO system in each residence, and more. Behind Catalyst you will see 440 S. Church, a 15 story office tower that is just finishing construction, and on the back right, you will see a new parking garage serving this block. The empty piece of dirt is slated for future development of "Twelve" - a 40+ story condo and hotel tower... Two seperate entities in one tower, in which the condos can take advantage of the hotel services like room service, house keeping, valet, etc. I've stayed at a Twelve in Atlanta, enjoyed it and I'd stay there again. In the background you will see the Panthers NFL stadium and in front of this block is a planned 5 acre park!
